Mission of CultureWarrior.net

The mission of CultureWarrior.net is to participate in the redemption of culture in all of the institutions of American life through sharing the truth of the biblical worldview which was the heart of the American cultural vision upon which the United States was founded.

Strategies for accomplishment of the mission of CultureWarrior.net:

CWN will examine and report on the happenings in the various institutions of American life from the perspective of the biblical worldview. This is important for without an understanding of the strategies and tactics of the purveyors of the humanist worldview in society, Americans become mired in a sea of frustration and seeming helplessness in combating what they know in their hearts is wrong. Therefore, CWN’s first duty is to examine and explain the cultural clashes that are popularly known as the culture wars.

CWN will connect its reporting and explanation of the topical moments of today in the context of history. The culture wars are not just the product of the late 20th century. The battle is as old as mankind. As the light of eternal truths is focused on the events of today, the folly and falseness of the humanistic worldview will be exposed.

Additionally, CWN will provide its readers with a growing number of in-depth essays that discuss specific concepts and issues relevant to the culture wars but little examined by secular media or the church.

CWN will provide a forum for dialogue among a community of individuals who are concerned about America and its direction. Within this forum, CWN readers may examine and discuss the pressing issues of modern American culture including the assault on the central cultural vision under which the nation was founded.

CWN will provide a growing archive of articles and information for its readers’ use in providing answers in the defense of the biblical foundations of America in all of the institutions of American life.

CWN is intended to be a continuing beacon of hope for its readers in waging battle in the culture wars. That hope lies in a biblical understanding of whom our commander-in-chief is and the nature of the battle: “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” (Ephesians 6:10-12 RSV)
